REFUND POLICY

We sell two types of products. Here's how returns work for each.


GUMMIES (Supplements)

All supplement sales are final once shipped. This is a health and safety thing. We can't resell something after it's been in someone else's hands, and we wouldn't want to. You deserve better than that.

 

If something's wrong, we'll fix it:

  • Damaged in shipping
  • Broken seal
  • Wrong product received

 

Email gangsters@tempusgroup.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or issue store credit. Your call.


GEAR (Apparel & Accessories)

Every item is made to order just for you. Because of that, all sales are final.

 

We don't accept returns for:

  • Wrong size
  • Change of mind
  • Fit or color preference
  • Ordered by mistake

 

If something's wrong, we'll fix it:

  • Damaged item
  • Print or embroidery defect
  • Wrong item received

 

Email gangsters@tempusgroup.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll send a replacement or issue store credit.

Wrong size? We can't swap sizes but hit us up. We may be able to hook you up with a discount on a reorder.


GOOD TO KNOW

  • We don't issue refunds to the original payment method unless required by law.
  • Need to change your address or cancel? Contact us ASAP. Once it's in production, we can't touch it.
  • Subscriptions: cancel anytime before your next billing date through your account or by emailing us. Already shipped orders can't be reversed.
  • By ordering, you agree to these policies. We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent or abusive orders.
