SHIPPING POLICY
We ship from two fulfillment partners depending on what you ordered. Gummies and gear may ship separately if ordered together.
GUMMIES
- Processing: 2-5 business days. Up to 7 during high volume.
- Shipping: Standard US delivery 5-8 business days after processing.
- US only at this time.
GEAR (Apparel & Accessories)
- Processing: 2-5 business days (made to order). Up to 7 during peak.
- Domestic shipping: Calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping on orders $100+.
- Founder Key members get free shipping always.
- International: Calculated at checkout. Customs and duties are on the buyer.
TRACKING
You'll get a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Allow 24-48 hours for tracking to update. No tracking info after 7 days? Email us.
MULTIPLE ITEMS IN ONE ORDER
If you order gummies and gear together, they may arrive in separate packages from separate facilities. You'll get tracking for each. One flat shipping charge at checkout covers both.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We don't cover packages marked as delivered. If it says delivered and you don't have it, file a claim with the carrier.
If tracking shows no delivery after 15 business days from the ship date, contact us and we'll work it out.
WRONG ADDRESS
You're responsible for entering the correct address. If a package comes back because of a wrong address, you'll cover the reship cost.
PO BOXES & MILITARY
We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS.
